The Wax Bar's No Show policy:

•    Changes must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
In this case, the change will be free of charge.
•    From 24 to 12 hours in advance, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
•    From 12 hours or less before the start of your appointment, we unfortunately have to charge the full amount.
