Customer Support Employee

As part of our Customer Support, you answer the phone and emails, keep an eye on the planning and maintain contact with our customers. In short, you are the one who leaves the first impression. And we all know how important that is!

Location: The Hague, Rotterdam
Hours: 6-26 hours per week

- Being able to speak and write Dutch and English is your strong point
- Someone who doesn't mind working weekends and evenings
- Looking for the right solutions is what gives you a kick
- You like tackling problems and have your sales pitch ready
- You know what the priorities are and you can keep an overview
- Someone who already has experience working in customer service
